A career retrospective art book devoted to the world-renowned Japanese comics creator.

Born in 1947, Jiro Taniguchi started in comics in 1970. He has produced numerous graphic novels; worked in many genres: historic dramas, westerns, hard-boiled thrillers, animal stories, literary adaptations and romances; published in Japan, France, the U.S., and other countries; and collaborated with Moebius on Icaro.

This book was published simultaneously in Japan and France (but not in the United States).

All the text is in English, French and Japanese.

Préface by Benoît Peeters.
