This comprehensive collection features over 700 mammoth pages of paintings and sketches that Amano did for the Final Fantasy video game series. This includes unreleased character sketches for Final Fantasy X, a flip book, artist biography, and interviews with Amano himself.
The set consists of five books:
- BOOK 1 THE ART OF FINAL FANTASY I-III (144 pages and 190 works).
- BOOK 2 THE ART OF FINAL FANTASY IV-VI (276 pages and 322 works).
- BOOK 3 THE ART OF FINAL FANTASY VII-X (156 pages and 162 works).
- ALL ABOUT YOSHITAKA AMANO" is a smaller 128 page softcover which includes an interview with Amano, information about his work, a bibliography, and a visual index of each illustration that appears in the three "Sky" hardcovers.
- THE SKY PREMIUM FLIP BOOK, a 96-page flipbook that lets you see two examples of Amano's art in motion (drawn especially for this boxed set).
Plus:
- Two special color postcards.

All housed in a cloth-covered traycase illustrated inside and out.
