Description

12 Berkey paintings reproduced as full-page 7x7 inch color illustrations.

For many years during the 1960s and 1970s, John Berkey created the paintings for the annual Texaco calendar. The theme is "Texaco Salutes the U.S.A." and Berkey depicts the scenic beauty of America: U.S. landmarks, national parks, tourist attractions and activities.

The back cover is missing (a page for "Important phone numbers, birthdays and holidays" and an annual message from Texaco to their customers), however all the Berkey illustrations are present.

For the several years, he signed the paintings "J. Conrad" as he does here.
