This was the second of three portfolios publishing selected illustrations for Berni Wrightson's Frankenstein project.

This portfolio features the very first publication of seven Wrightson Frankenstein illustrations. Printed in a large format twice the size of the eventual book. One illustration here did not appear in the book.

Six black & white 11 x 15.75 inch plates in an extra-illustrated envelope, signed by the artist on the envelope. An 8.5 x 11 letter from the publisher is included.

Five plates are Very Fine, one plate has four light brown spots on the left edge, the envelope is lightly worn with mild to moderate spotting and toning along the edges.
