Jean Frisano (1927-1987) was a French illustrator-painter-cover artist best known for his cover paintings for the French editions of Marvel comics. From 1969 to 1987, Frisano created covers for Strange, Fantask, Titans, Nova, Les Quatre Fantastiques, l'Araignée, Ka-Zar, Les X-Men, etc. and non-superhéro Marvel books Conan, Star Wars, La Planète des singes, Doc Savage, and Dark Crystal.
