Since his debut in 1987, Taiyo Matsumoto has established himself as a major author of the manga, combining a constant striving in his drawing with a constancy of subjects that are dear to him and which take root in his own childhood. This book, developed in close collaboration with the author, exploring the thematic and stylistic dimensions of his work and celebrating over thirty years of a resolutely singular career, aims to offer a retrospective of the artist at the height of his talent.

All the artwork is newly scanned in high resolution with color calibration.
