After years of holding workshops around the world, Bobby Chiu and the crew at Schoolism have teamed up with the creator of Emerald City Comic Con, Jim Demonakos, to bring to life an event that truly represented the art community - LightBox Expo!
LBX was conceived as a way to bring together the best artists in animation, illustration, live action and gaming industries under one roof for the ultimate celebration of art. A place where we can come together once a year to hang out, share our art with the public, meet other artists, further our skills and educate those coming up in our respective industries.

March 2025 - Glendale, CA
Located at the Glendale Civic Auditorium, there will be over 80 dealer tables with tens of thousands of vintage paperbacks for sale. Come meet over 45 authors and artists. You can bring your books and have them sign their works for free!

San Diego Comic-Con's little sister in the Anaheim Convention Center. We will be located at Booth 1509.

Our 400-square-foot pop-up shop in the center of the Illustrators and Fantasy Illustrators sections and Artist's Alley is the number one stop for hundreds of artists because they know we have "the best selection of art books at the entire convention." You can find us at Booth 5012.
