In November 1999, Benoît Sokal published the book Amerzone: Memories of a shipment at Casterman. This book, the size A5 "Italian" contains a set of sketches and watercolors of fantastic animals, scenes and places drafted by Sokal in carrying the game as well as screenshots of game and some pages of the book Alexander Valembois. Several drafts of fantastic animals that do not appear in the final version of the game are presented in this book. Some paragraphs of text sometimes accompany the images, and provide guidance on the world of Amerzone, without it is like a making of.These details are mostly derived from Valembois book, although some are "unprecedented" because that has not been mentioned during the adventure.
