This Jack Kirby Portfolio was published in 1970 by the Marvelmania Fan Club while it was under the editorship of Kirby assistants Mark Evanier (Editor) and Steve Sherman (Assoc. Editor). The portfolio was advertised in Marvelmania Magazine #1 and 2.
This portfolio set includes 12 plates: a cover sheet (text), 2 Galactus pages, 4 Thor pages, 3 Black Panther pages, 1 Surf Hunters Sunday, and 1 collage page; housed in an illustrated folder.
The pages are all pages that were left out of various issues of Thor and Fantastic Four in the editing phase.
All the illustrations are reproductions of Jack Kirby pencils with the exception of the collage and the Surf Hunters Sunday strip.
The Surf Hunters Sunday strip is pencilled by Kirby and inked by Wally Wood.
