This edition has a pink spine and virgin cover to match the Sky Doll Coffret—a collector's boxed set. Both the set and this edition were limited to 1000 copies.

(The Sky Doll Coffret was intended to include all three tomes and coincide with the celebratory release of the long awaited third tome, but the deadline for Tome 3 came and went and eventually the Sky Doll Coffret was released in 2005 without Tome 3 and a styrofoam placeholder where Tome 3 belonged. Sky Doll Tome 3 was released a year later and this edition was released to insert into the Coffret.)

This Italian husband & wife team worked in Italian comics and animation (especially for Disney) before creating this break-through SF series and then going their separate ways. Pencils are by Barbucci and finishes by Canepa using watercolor and Photoshop.
