This 204 page (!) Bulkee sketchbook is composed of cover sketches, prelims, drawings, and final art for his comic book covers and pages. Ben does a ton of exploratory sketches and multiple cover concepts before honing in one design as evidenced by this "Bulkee" sketchbook. Expect lots of unused concepts and layouts and other "extreme awesomeness"!
Note: Ben includes more artist's notes and goofball commentary in this sketchbook more than his previous books.
This book starts with 60 pages of concepts and development sketches for his series of Vampirella Strikes covers; 84 pages of concepts and development sketches for his covers for the DC Holiday Special, Defenders, Prez, Red Sonja x Vampirella, Painkiller Jane, and others; 36 pages of development and page art for DC's "Prez" from thumbnails to finishes; and the book closes with 20 pages of concepts and development sketches for his Harley Quinn Fartacular Silent Butt Deadly variant cover.
