The second book in this series of facsimile Crumb sketchbooks. This Crumb sketchbook from the years 1966 and 1967 is filled with life drawings, still lifes, street scenes, cartoons, and hand-drawn copies of photos and ads from magazines.
First published in 1981. 3rd overall printing, 1st paperback printing 1990.
Unlike the Crumb sketchbooks published by Fantagraphics or Taschen which are highly edited compilations, the Crumb sketchbooks published by the German company Zweitausendeins are reproductions of Crumb's actual sketchbooks, unedited and unexpurgated.
This paperback was wrapped in a printed newsprint wrapper replicating the spine and cover lettering. the torn remnants of the wrapper are included.
