Little is known about the mysterious Rhode Montijo. It is believed that his name is pronounced Rho-dee Mone-tee-hoe. He is a creator of children's books, but is also known to be some sort of inventor. Not much is known about his inventions, but was last rumored to be tinkering with inventing a bath powder, so that people will not have to take baths.
