This particular copy came from the library of a character designer who worked for Dreamworks, Pixar, Laika, and other studios, and whose credits include Soul, Trolls 2: World Tour, Onward, Kubo and the Two Strings, and The Book of Life.
Carrie has inscribed this copy "Jesse!! You are awesome, keep the mustache!! Carrie Liao PS see you Monday!" and added a charming original fox drawing.
Carrie Liao is an story artist at Paramount Feature Animation.
This is her first book and collects her charming drawings and paintings into a loose wordless story of two office drones (the wee foxes of the title) who run off on an adventure on land, sea, and space.
All of the pieces in the book were created with brushpen, marker, prismacolor pencil, and/or gouache.
