Minako Tomigahara, also known as Tommy or Tomi, is a visual development artist for animation by day and a children's book illustrator by night, based in Los Angeles. Originally from Japan, her hobbies include traveling, and enjoying Plein-Air painting on the coast of California, or the countryside of Japan.
