A large print with vibrant colors on thin fabric. It is signed by Flaming Carrot creator Bob Burden and numbered "34" of an unspecified total number.
Flaming Carrot creator Bob Burden sold this and several other fabric prints at his convention appearances.
The print measures 15 x 15 inches. Image height is 13 inches.
"He's the superhero with nothing to lose!"
The image was created for a limited edition Flaming Carrot T-shirt produced by Graffiti Designs in 1987. The Flaming Carrot T-shirt itself was "No. 1 in a series!" "limited to 1,235 prints," and included a Certificate of Authenticity.
This was a Printing Proof for the T-shirt, printed on a "Test pellon" and given to Burden for his inspection and approval.
Test pellons are non-woven, plant-based fabric sheets used in screen printing to test designs, check registration, and verify color accuracy before printing on expensive apparel.
I'm told that after inspecting them, Bob kept them and later sold them at conventions.
Far, far fewer of these Proofs were made than T-shirts. The condition is Mint.
