Chrome is a hybrid art book and a comic. It features the illustrations from two out-of-print portfolios ("The Cadillac Club" and "The Harley Collection") along with newly created art/panels to form a narrative.

"The Cadillac Club" was a portfolio (limited to 250 copies) with 8 color and 10 black and white screen prints and 17 text pages with extra illustrations (black and white) that tell the story of the Cadillac Club.

"The Harley Collection" was a portfolio (limited to 500 copies) with 8 color screen prints and associated text pages with extra illustrations.

For this book, the two stories have been completely re-edited, beautifully colored and greatly expanded to more than 170 illustrations. At last these stories, which were previously published in very limited editions, are available as full Franka stories.
