From the publisher:

The thrilling continuation of the YALSA award-winning comic by BRANDON DAYTON. In a mythical Russia, a mysterious young boy is raised by an order of monks. As he grows to manhood, bizarre dreams and the call of destiny disturb the ideals of brotherhood and peace that define his idyllic home.

“It's always amazing when a comic creator comes along who can write AND draw so well that I feel the comic industry is blessed for having such a person create for us. Green Monk is amazing, so well drawn and well told; I hope for more of this, and more of any world Brandon wants to show us.” ―Ryan Ottley (Invincible, Amazing Spider-Man)

“Brandon Dayton's Green Monk is an example of how rare it is for an artist's work to look effortless while still mastering detail and texture, emotional grip, and most of all: compelling storytelling.”―David Petersen (Mouse Guard)

"I was hooked on Green Monk right away. From calm, rolling vistas to sword fights with giants, Brandon brings it all to life beautifully. I was already a fan, but this the kind of work that should make him a household name."―Chris Samnee (Captain America, Daredevil)

“From the very first pages I saw online, Green Monk was like a cyrillic fever-dream, full of signs and portents, and the beautiful designs by Brandon Dayton are propelled by fluid, kinetic storytelling. More please!” ―Ben Caldwell (Prez)
