Welcome to the world of Thomas Elliott. Between monstrous, insect-like imaginary creatures and fighters of all kinds, from cowboys to valiant knights, this sketch collection includes a wide assortment of subject matter and media.

Thomas Elliott is an illustrator specializing in sci-fi and fantasy art. He is most well known for his work with Games Workshop, where he was part of their in-house art team for over 5 years. While there he created numerous book covers, battle scenes and internal illustrations. His most notable achievement being the cover art for an edition of Age of Sigmar, Games workshop’s flagship fantasy game.

Originally trained in fine art, he brings his understanding of traditional mediums to his illustration. He is just as at home painting in oils or inks as he is in digital mediums and will often combine them all in one picture. He now works fully freelance and it engrossed with building his own dark sci-fi universe, Eskaton.

This is the fifth volume in the Sketch.Box collection, an exclusive and unprecedented collaboration between Éditions Caurette and Spiridon Giannakis. The aim is to work with artists to create an incredible collection of sketchbooks. Each book showcases the talents of an extraordinary illustrator, and will hopefully delight art collectors and connoisseurs alike!
