The last section is an homage to Carl Akeley who was curator of the Museum of Natural History in NYC for the first part of the 20th century and Todd's painting The Anguish of Carl Akeley. I've been a fan of Akeley's since reading William R. Leigh's Frontiers Of Enchantment and I learned things about Akeley from Todd's text that I never knew about. The coda is photographs of Akeley's business card and his Christmas card from 1923!
